business. Founded by Joseph J. Houston in 1894, we’ve
been owned and managed by a family member ever since.Today,
we continue that tradition with David J. Houston Jr.,
Robyn Houston-Bean and Marci (Houston) McDonough.
Since our family name is part of our business name, you
can count on a much higher level of dedication and service
than you might otherwise expect. After all, our performance
reflects on our family as well as our business. It’s

In addition to over a century of service as an independent
business, we are also Realtors and subscribe to the Realtors
Code of Ethics. In addition, we are linked to the Multiple
Listing Service (MLS) so that your property will have the
