Using a REALTOR® when Selling Your Home

For most of us, a home is our single most important asset. Just as you wouldn't buy a car or computer without doing research into various models and prices, you shouldn't consider selling your property without the expert advice and guidance of a REALTOR®.

For instance, a REALTOR® will help you determine how much your home is worth and set an initial sales price. A REALTOR® will help you “stage” your house and suggest ways to improve its “curb appeal”. We find qualified buyers who are pre-approved for a loan. Using a REALTOR® is also a way of having your property listed on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), which will widely advertise your home’s availability. As REALTORs®, we serve as your representative and with our expertise, we negotiate the most favorable terms possible.
